We want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened lash products. For hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging with the security seal intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unopened items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our beauty team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
